The State Affairs Committee submitted the following report to correct          
the report submitted on April 5, 1994 (page 3122):                             
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 430                                                            
"An Act requiring certain applicants for a driver's license to take           
a driver training course."                                                     
                                                                               
and recommends it be replaced with:                                            
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 430(STA)                                                
"An Act relating to driver's licensing; and providing for an
